The Chicks mission is to build relationships with a variety of organizations that are passionate about charitable giving. The gals at Chicks For A Cause realize that often someone will choose a charitable cause because they have an emotional connection to the cause or have direct first-hand experience in that particular area. So they treat each cause with a great deal of sensitivity and care.
The events that the Chicks host often center around the latest beauty and fashion or children and learning. It starts with the Chicks choosing the cause or charity and working with the company to develop the appropriate event for each charity as well as assisting with the overall organization and implementation of the event to raise awareness in addition to monetary contributions.
Chicks For A Cause has worked with many well-known charitable organizations such as Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, Susan G. Komen Minnesota Affiliate, Children’s Cancer Research Fund, Kids ‘n Kinship and Twin Cities Toys for Tots, just to name a few. One representative from each sponsoring company offers their products and services for sale during our exclusive events. They each donate oan item that is auctioned off at each event, and the proceeds go to the charity of choice. Additionally, an agreed-upon percentage of sales are also donated to the charity.
